Yes, it's been a long journey, but it must come to an end. Thank you to all my subscribers. It's sad to go, but Xanga is more of an obligation than recreation to me now.

Some would argue this is perhaps the strongest lineup Team Loux has ever assembled. I would argue that it's certainly the toughest. And to its advantage, the gameplan this year calls for a grit-it-out offense that's more concerned with moving the ball down the field consistently than with flash and glitter.

May this year bring us the long eluded championship we all so lust after. Good luck my fellow teammates. 2005 is our year!

School is here. Yes. The day I've sorta-kinda-not-really looked forward to. Seeing friends again is great. Seeing people that know your name and you've forgotten their's is not so great.

The one great payoff to this semester is that I'm living at a new house. It is, in a word, plush (I've said "plush" way too much the past two weeks). I've got my own room, but my blimey desk won't fit in my room. But this house is one that I can see myself getting engaged at the end of the school year and getting married over the summer and then moving into in the fall.

There you have it. Day One of school now over.

Wow. I can't believe the last post only garnered seven comments. That post was the culmination of the entire summer and to only receive seven comments? I think it's only appropriate now to note that, in Xangaworld, brevity and popularity are the key ingredients to a successful Xanga.
